What does being a part of the Lioness Warrior Roundtable mean to me? Well let’s take a moment to look at what the role of a Lioness is: Hunting and providing food, Caring for the young, Protection, Maintaining social structure, Reproduction and continuity. Yep! That about sums it up: my fellow Lionesses help me hunt down the “food” that fuels my soul and keeps me strong to feed others. They come alongside me in encouragement, support and wisdom as we raise those entrusted to our care. They are my protection when attacks come at me or when I am weak or just tired. Our relationships and cooperation with each other maintains the stability and cohesion of our group. Just like in a lion pride, this dynamic with each other relies heavily on the bond between us, which is Trinity, so it is strong.
